Site Architect
Project: Al Manshar Mall - Fahaheel - Next to Al Koot Mall
I stood for a position of site architect, as experience hours were spent checking site drawings, developing designs coming through KEO consultant from WEDESIGN, Dallas, USA.
Teamwork was essential in delivering site shop drawings on time with company technical final shop drawings section on quality standards.
Revit team was technically adept for this job, to be taken over with a qualified Portuguese Architect: Decio Ferriera, accompanied by an assistant beneath him in Building Intelligent Modeling; as it was me.
Few complications from company head managers caused the Revit works to impact itself and diminish day by day until the Project Architect resigned and I resigned after him for the chances lost against developing the project furthermore within management replicate mistaken decisions.
I learned a decent experience that teamwork is essential and one hand can't clap without the other, how about hands multiplied!

As an Architect and Interior Designer, I stand in my job role as an adept employee, decisive about my target in developing projects from the planning stage through conceptual designs to delivering projects, remarkably noticeable,
through project life cycle using skills and experiences in order to mitigate risks through WBS planning.
Heading meetings with clients [ whether A New client or Contract signed Client ] and project variant stakeholders or other parties ranging from AC companies, Electrical Contractors, Plumbing Contractors, Building Contractors, Gypsum workers, Authorities to Real-Estate Managing Companies; Seeking best coordination and managing roles to ensure less building cost/time drop-down loss.
I Believe in " Technology can save Time/Efforts/Money and represent products/services in their best outfit", thus, I Stand for the position of a BIM Manager, that I run a team of Revit specifically, leading them from conceptual designs through land lots taken from authorities regarding clients' projects, to deliver projects fully coordinated with HVAC and Structural Designs, exploring clashes and mismatching design elements, attempting to use my mastering software skills within the support of cloud-based services provided officially by Autodesk and accompanied with Revit to visualise and rephrase solar heat studies and other environmental impacts on buildings to minimize heat transmittance into building by which reducing cooling efficiency, therefore, applying LEED conditions to environment and reducing effectual overall cost on client and users of the space, nevertheless, deducting from site work demolishing mistakes through my utilization of 3D shop drawings rather than 2D drawings methodologies.
I seek into upgrading my skills to bigger scale projects, I believe in a brighter tomorrow.

I stand as an Architect who brings projects through marketing and other human skills, I thrive to be loyal and honest with clients which allows me to manipulate a good reputation among those outside, because design is my game, I use design skills into making it happen for my projects through starting with requirements and budget, reaching through sketch designs and mood boards to finally produce well-visualized renders meant to be as much real as it should reflect my design intentions as a mirror to reality.
My ambition is right and I hope I can keep it up to a growing business.
